    Not much stress for internship students.
    The good thingsLoved the friendly and happy working environment. Senior colleagues are helpful and very supportive, working wise.
    The challengesThe working time can be reconsidered and the allowance for internship students could be increased.

    The good thingsMy internship experience here is captivating as I get to encounter various tasks time to time. Friendly mentors and open discussions made me learn and understand the tasks given better. Working here has enhanced my interpersonal skills professionally.
    The challengesAs far as I'm concerned, the management could provide more knowledgeable tasks that is relevant to their coursework. The management could also employ someone eligible to lead the production department as soon as possible. The working hours should be reconsidered too.

    relaxed workplace and supportive environment
    The good thingsalways support each other, always help each other to discover something new and always sporting. The environment also not stressful and always happy.
    The challengesoften doing the same work over and over related to raw material. This needs to be fixed because there is negligence on the part of the supply chain for not recording in any file and causing the loss of information about raw material. This causes the raw material side to do the same work again

    Good and cool company!
    The good thingsI did my internship here before and I really love the environment. From executive to non executive everyone is kind I really respect that. Good and friendly workers, my supervisor which is the HR is very kind and supportive. Overall the environment is very good, casual and stress free. Everyone is so kind here so no need to be afraid! xD
    The challengesWorking hour is too long and low allowance.

    The people there are nice and friendly. The environment is quite nice.
    The good thingsI enjoy working at there. The good things are I can learn to synthesise new products. I know that packaging and labelling a product is not easy.

    Needs proper management
    The good thingsFriendly environment, manager always looking forward to new product develepment and innovation. They do celebrate social events such as birthdays, Raya, CNI
    The challengesReally bad communication between production line and management. Production have no scheduled planning. Very short staffs, even management have to go to production line to finish up products. Salary for a permanent staff are also very low.
