Overall a superb experience
The good thingsGuidance is provided for a person who has no background in the field. Superior is very patient when guiding. Got alot of exposure to new things.
The challengesLack of parking. Have to come early to secure a spot.

The good thingsCan start choose working hour 8-5pm to avoid jam
The challengesNo budget to upgrade the system & hard to communicate among the team members & alot of paper work and manual jobs which is very wasting of time. The most important is No parking!

The challengesHigh political issues between senior management team even between department. No career advancement as top management given fake promise to employee. High workload as 1 employee need to handle few task.

The good thingsMy colleague is friendly and i get in touch with foreign workers.
The challengesThe working environment is stressful yet with an unbalance salary with the workload. This is due to the policies create by top management causing our outlet lack in worker since it turnover is high it take time to train worker. Therefore a high turnover rate causing the workload increase.
