    Get chance to learn and self-improvement
    The good thingsCompany will provide staff to learn new field beside own department, independent, respect and challenge. Staff can compare self improvement with previous year. Everyone gets the chance to learn new thing, need to be independent and fast learner.
    The challengesIs a growth company, getting more new staff, need to have rules and management between company and staff. It is tuning at the moment, need to take some time to get everyone involve.

The management was made up of young, aggressive team whom achieved Asia Champion new partner. We practice work-life balance for individual employees.
    The challengesBy organizing company annual exhibition and company overseas trip for the first time. Getting opportunity to liaised with some vendor/supplier. Improved in communication networking. With the support and trust by the management team, the entire process flow work smoothly.
