A good place to startup your engineering career.
The good thingsThe working environment is great. There are variety of CAD software that could be learn here and also opportunity to work in oversea. The learning curve is great, a person could learn from design a product until the the prototype or manufacturing the product. Mostly, the core business are related to automotive, but the company is expanding and expected to involve in other field.
The challengesThe man power management could be improved. Most employees are malay and japanese only. It does not have a specific job scope and depends on the project. More benefits should be provided for staff.

    Job description
The good thingsWe managed to have project with one of big automotive company in Malaysia. Already done one project with them and currently doing new project with that company. Before this we also managed to capture one project in production field. Our company can provide good engineering services not only in automotive, but in various engineering field. Only two years in this company i already involve 3 project
The challengesMostly during the project, it was difficult for me to communicate with people which has more experience and older than me. That was one of the biggest challenge for me. Besides, the greater challenge come when to submit the task on the time given and that my first time doing that job. However i managed to submit the task not only on time but with good quality of works.
