During the company, early-stage (first 5 years), that might have been specific SOPs and workflows that are not yet in place to best cater to our staff satisfactory level. Ensuring our team members' working culture, environment, and needs are our top priority as the company's success can never be achieved by a single person.
We strive to improve our HR functions since 2018 continuously and adopted the open-door policy, new open office layout, work from home (WFH) policy and increase the team benefits package. We hope that DRN Wellness can be the springboard where talents can discover their hidden gems and grow together with the company. :)
