2. Colleagues across all levels are very friendly, caring, understanding & helpful
3. Great culture probably the best so far I've experienced in my career so far
4. Transparent company with a focus on innovation and has D&I as a top priority in minds. Keeps employee top of mind, with many tools and accessible paths for growth within the company

Great place to work. Great Management
The good thingsThe team is really bonding really great. It is extremely hard to find a working environment that is a good place that nurtures talented staffs. Almost everyone is willing to learn and think for the company. Management is very helpful to lead the team to the correct path and company direction.
The challengesSometimes the company may get staff that does not share the value of the company and it is the best for them to stop thinking negatively, empty the bowl and learn from basic instead of making excuses.

The good thingsI love this group of people. They all are very supportive and always encourage me to give more and more. I learn to improve my interpersonal skill here and have the opportunity to gain more knowledge in the business field.
The challengesIn order to make sure my task going smoothly, I need to become a proactive and fast learner person. However, the challenges that I had face made me to become someone that are more responsible at every task that been given.

During the company, early-stage (first 5 years), that might have been specific SOPs and workflows that are not yet in place to best cater to our staff satisfactory level. Ensuring our team members' working culture, environment, and needs are our top priority as the company's success can never be achieved by a single person.
We strive to improve our HR functions since 2018 continuously and adopted the open-door policy, new open office layout, work from home (WFH) policy and increase the team benefits package. We hope that DRN Wellness can be the springboard where talents can discover their hidden gems and grow together with the company. :)
