    The challengesthey will give you a topic for presentation in interview session, but is last minute given. Then they don't respect you what effort you put into presentation, they only give you bad comments and criticism.

    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and helpful.
    The challengesWorkloads are high but low pay. Not enough staff to cover the work. Poor management, different instructions from different bosses, staff got confuse. When staff cannot deliver the job due to workloads, boss got very angry. Salary always pay late, sometimes on 8th of the month. No benefits at all.

    The good thingsThe company give me opportunity to work as assistant operation manager although not much of working experience in accounting even I graduate in CPA. I like this role well because I like doing operation more than account. My HR like me give me many opportunities.
