Positives: colleagues & flexibility; Negatives: poor management, no growth, weak benefitsThe good thingsI’ve really enjoyed working with supportive and approachable colleagues. The flexibility in time has also been a big advantage. Good to get experiences for fresh graduate.
The challengesPoor management and weak leadership, which often lead to confusion and frustration. I’ve had to take on responsibilities far outside my job scope, creating unnecessary stress and making it hard to focus on my core role. There’s no clear path for career growth, and the lack of support has been demotivating. At times, these issues have affected my mental well-being, almost leading to depression. There has been no salary increment, and the benefits are very limited. For example, there is no proper medical card—coverage only applies if you are warded in a hospital, which is not practical for most health needs. On top of that, the company shows poor financial management, which affects overall stability and confidence in the organization.
