    \"Good enviroment\"
    The good thingsIt is a good place for those that just graduate as we may get a lot of experience to work here. However, you must willing to work hard, ask and learn as there is no windfall for anything.
    The challengesDue to heavy work load, most of the people will find it hard to balance the work/life style. Work late (after working hour) is unavoidable but there is no overtime salary. Most of the work can't wait to complete.
