Good for career growthThe good thingsI learn a lot when I'm working here. The management is supportive and my colleagues are very friendly. Working environment is good for some times and might be stressful but it depends on how you manage it. A lot of things you can learn here especially in implementing new system which is required by hard disk drive customers. Besides that, the management will send you a lot of related trainings.
The challengesIn complying to a certain legal or customer requirement, I faced some obstacles to implement it. In order to get it done, I must understand company's situation and restrictions which might take some times to make everybody understands and explain the consequences if they failed to do so. However, this challenge made me stronger and finally I succeed to implement it as far as practicable.
