    It's a good stepping stone, that's it.
    The good things• Good and friendly coworkers. • Very flexible working hours. • Office close to restaurants and public transport.
    The challenges• Poor to non-existence employee benefits. • Recent removal of incentives which reduces employee morale. • Unrealistic KPIs and expectations from management, and remuneration doesn't go in hand with the expectations and workload.

    The good thingsDecent workload, very friendly people and gives me flexibility. Great place to work to build your career and great workplace culture! You learn new things everyday and a a lot of opportunities for growth. Very interesting atmosphere!

    The challengesToo many layers of approval, even for small issues When travel for company, staff need to pay everything upfront and claim later. Sometimes total travel is much more than the monthly salary
