Good company with learning opportunity but bad culture
The good thingsMost of the colleagues are helpful and friendly. Free lunch and parking. Good learning opportunity.
The challengesHigh workload. Some departments require frequent OT. Higher management level do not seem to have trust in the employees, they are seen walking around to check on temployee's performance. Very cina company, good colleagues but company culture not that great. Due to covid19, factories are directed to work from home, but higher level management do not support this idea, their mindset is employees that work from home are not productive even if the employees are working 100% as normal. No matter how hard u work from home, efforts are not much appreciated, resulting in more stressful work situation.

it's time to make a change
The good thingsYou get a chance to learn so many things. but it depends on your willingness. good benefit in terms of lunch provided, medical benefit, bonus and increment (depends) career development is promising for Chinese only. For those who like to play safe and live around Bangi / Kajang.
The challengesgotta deal with office politics. you can see different treatment given at different kind of race. Need to spend more in improvising their technology to increase employee work efficiency.

    A good place for learning
The good thingsThis company has one of the most advanced facilities for production for industrial chillers. The QC system is very detailed as we follow a strict ASME code for our chiller's heat exchanger fabrication. As a result, this place is a good place for learning, from how an air-conditioning system works to different methods to fabricate the chiller due to their ETO nature.
The challengesPrevious management did not focus extensively on safety and proper working procedures as well as documentation. However, under the current management, they are taking major steps to rectify this issue.

The good thingsI enjoyed the culture and diversity of workforce. The job was very satisfying because your contributions are recognized and rewarded. The management provides internal and external trainings to employees to build both technical and soft skills. Good place for a freshie to start
The challengesFlexible hours could be introduced to enable employees dealing with different time zone to benefit from. Also better car park could be provided. No gym membership and corporate rate available.
