    The good thingsColleagues are very supportive. Have sports club and employee activities that u can get to know other people in other departments. Very good place for fresh graduates to kick start their career journey.
    The challengesHaving too much on your plate. Lots of projects to handle. please be careful with your colleagues because not all are good for you.

Sports Day is one of the great activities that can help the worker to release stress, be healthier, and happy to work in the company.

    Its a good place to learn and start your career especially if you looking for challenges
    The good thingsThe working culture at Duopharma is very energetic and positive. Work politics are maintained at low level, hence the productivity are quite high. The top managements also very encouraging for its employee to be transparent and active in non-work related. Majority of people are very helpful and will give their best effort when you want to learn.
    The challengesWork can be overloaded and have to sacrifice the work/life balance. However, depends on your superior, it can be rewarding for all the sacrifices made. Some teammates can hold your back by being selfish and intolerable towards tasks at hand. Not being supportive and skeptical of your outputs. Keeping up with the latest regulatory's requirement. Every year, the requirements become more stringent.

    The good thingsVery challenging working environment that requires own initiatives to survive. However, shall one manage to go through the obstacles, the experience in CCMP will definitely become a precious learning curve that would enable them to fly high in another company. One must be able to manage the work stress effectively and be prepared to sacrifice your personal or family time when needed. There is a high potential for career development in CCMP.
    The challengesLack of guidance and coaching in most area. There are no proper training on SOPs and ineffective communication among department. Lack of accountability among staffs. A structured on the job training would help new employee to perform better and motivate them to contribute more to achieve company objectives. The staffs need to uphold the company's core values which will then translated into efficiency and effectiveness with integrity.
