Remuneration Package is good, but you have to be strong-heart enough to handle all the pressure.
The good things-Good Remuneration Package -Flexible Working Hours -Meals Provided
The challenges-Have to deal with political management all the time -Non-systematic company, will tell you to change the way you work 24/7, until the management are satisfied, otherwise will be scolded by them.
