    Lazy management
    The good thingsDon't: The management staff do not like to get involve of the company matter and staff issue. They are also very late and no urgency when replying people query. Some more, there are few of them often do not turn up for work, apparently they dealing with their own business and never bother about the company where they work.
    The challengesDon't: difficult to get the job done because of the management staff attitude as they do not really involve the company matter.
