    Good for experiencing end to end IT support from helpdesk to infrastructure deployment. Overall no issue with salary and HR is approachable
    The good thingsOpportunity to learn - Experiencing end to end IT support Salary - A little bit higher than average for IT engineer roles on 2023 Certification - Management always allow and encourage to take related certificates
    The challengesHigh turnover rate - multiple key person quiting the roles causing domino effect on project and colleague task progress. One role/product dedicated to single specialist - If the specialist not available causing delay in completing the task. High level of learning curve - Not suitable for beginner in IT field since once reported in only have a weeks to catch up all knowledge about the project and related skills

    The good thingsYou can experience end to end it support services from cloud, security, network, endpoint and O365. Regardless what is your specialty, you can experience and learn all scopes of IT services.
    The challengesNeed to explore new things and do own POC. It requires extra effort but good if you have the right next gen mindset engineer. Nowadays IT Engineer needs to understand end to end as everything is moving to cloud.

    The good thingsYou may learn a lot of things here, all colleague are supporting you like family. Reporting to a very good boss - Seelan :)
    The challengesStressful because still short of staff and man power, plus need to complete project by short timeline. Management is a little bit messy but I believe management will be able to fix this problem soon since this company is still green.

Great teamwork, experienced and highly skilled leadership team, certified trainings and overall excellent place to learn and grow. Good Pay, and always paid on time.
    The challengesManagement has high expectations on Service Quality and Service Assurance following Global Service Provider Standards as most of their customers are Global MNCs.
