    The good thingsWorking at DXN Holdings Bhd gave me the opportunity to strengthen my full stack development skills in a structured environment. The company has a stable work culture, supportive teammates, and a clear workflow for project delivery. I especially appreciated the chance to work on real-world projects like the video CMS platform, which allowed me to apply both backend and frontend technologies and improve system performance. The management values quality work and provides guidance when needed, making it a good place for technical and personal growth.
    The challengesSometimes the project timelines were tight, which required extra coordination across teams to ensure smooth delivery. Communication between departments could also be improved for faster decision-making. However, these challenges helped me build better time management and problem-solving skills.

    The good thingsWorking time here is office hours, no shifts, good bonuses and incentives to staffs, safe working environment, friendly staffs, all staffs are Malaysians, nice salary, located at no traffic-jammed place, near to highway, worldwide company, have strong financial sources, have many branches in the world, give good salary increment annually, give some of DXN products to staffs, and very friendly CEO.
    The challengesNo allowances to staffs, research on projects is challenging to give new income for company, have to struggle for thinking out of the box and come out new ideas to company, make the project successful is very tough task since many things have to be considered to make it right, working with a team is challenging, everyday is challenging since there are always new knowledge have to conquer ourselves
