the worst management experience i ever had. There's no contract for staff,salary deduction without valid reason and there's no memo from HR and too much burden of work given to staff with a low salary

By appointment letter stated the position and salaray but while working, suddenly rearrange position and reduce the salary without any document.
The good thingsWorkers are friendly and helpfull but the management is the worst.
The challengesManagement level is bad in managing all the wokers issue. Not sensitive with the invironment and working load.
