    not so good experienced
    The good thingsfamily feeling, salary on time, advantage to speak better in english
    The challengesno increment or proposal for higher stage, need to handle everything by ownself (from design till as-built), sometimes got teams that doesnt help you and put all the blame on you eventho u felt sick and cant work. no OT claim. not a good company for anyone that plan or having a family.

    Awesome to work in Dyakin !
    The good thingsFamily-like relationships, no politics or no dramas between colleagues. A good place to gain experience for a graduated students in every departments. Before pandemic, got to experienced overseas company trips which is awesome ! Got bonus incentives and salary increments. Good team works in every departments. Overall a great experience working here !
