    ~ Beyond Your Expectations ~
    The good thingsThere are milestone celebration for every successful project completion There are souvenir gifts, safety awards from clients in recognition to \"Zero Loss Time Incident-LTI\" and promoting safety awareness regularly.
    The challengesAlmost everything, every request/requirement are ad-hoc requirement and critical urgent basis. The challenges will be to accomplish the impossible thing ! It would be more cost efficient if plans are implemented in earlier stage.

    The challenges1. Needs to work long hours to helps workers from various department. 2. Needs to accomplish tasks as soon as possible. 3. The company are depending on project for it survival simultaneously affecting the staffs and workers.

    Great Career Advacement
    The good thingsThe Management will notice your effort & contribution towards the Company and will reward you accordingly. Besides, since this is a newly established Company in Malaysia, there career advancement opportunity is good as there's not much of competitors within the organization. Last but not least, the salary package is beyond the average in the current market.
    The challengesThe location might be an issue for some people as the yard is located far away from city or especially for those who are staying at Pasir Gudang. For those who have not joined a Singaporean company before, they might get a culture shock as things might be different from what they used to experience.
