    Not a place to have a career growth
    The good thingsGood exposure when you want involve in HVAC system and manufacturing for oil and gas . A lot of client from oil and gas company exposure . A very good place for fresh graduate to start working.

    Great environment to gain knowledge and expertise on HVAC!
    The good thingsThe management and workmate are great and willing to share their experience and guide provided you are showing the enthusiasm to learn. A great place to have exposure with EPCC project and to develop self confidence
    The challengesThe salary is lower than average thus they are keen to hire fresh graduate. The remuneration is also not attractive to bring experienced candidate or to maintain a worker for a very long time. Plus the extra working hour is very tiresome

    The good thingsThe environment is very very good! You will be surrounded by very supportive colleagues and managers who is very eager to share their expertise and knowledge.
    The challengesLong working hours & little benefits plus average rate of salary even though they are a specialist in the oil and gas field.

    YES for gaining experience
    The good thingsGood teamwork and friendly colleagues. Easy to learn new things, just ask your colleagues and even the managers as well, they will guide you and eager to share their knowledge together with you. Good work life balance but will require overtime when workload is high.
    The challengesFast pace environment where you are required to perform accordingly. Sometimes it is quite hard when dealing with the management and you also need to be able to adapt with the working environment here.

    The good thingsCan learn a new thing which my area scope did not cover . Supervisor and colleagues are very helpful and easy to ask whenever we have a problem. always there when we want to know something new. we help each others having fun together and never underestimate the workers. Always giving advices and solutions when facing difficulties. Welfare
    The challengesmaking a schedule when the task becomes load. Try to finish and accomplish the task as soon as possible . fast learner to be sure and have to be patience when something did not working and try to make it complete within the time period.
