    The good thingsEmployer is great and high in determination and motivation. Good chance to enhance knowledge in research and development field for cosmetics and personal care products. Conducive working environment is provided.
    The challengesI enjoyed to receive new challenges in developing new products. Company could improve in bringing in more new raw materials to follow the latest market trend therefore to be more competitive. Management could be more systematic and fair.
