    The challenges- Old Culture - Unrealistic dateline - No salary increment - Have a change get scold by the senior or elderly colleague that something not related to work or project

    The good things(i) Company Trip Held Oversea (ii) Free breakfast in Monday (iii) Friendly colleague and superior. They are willing to give guidance for fresh graduate.
    The challenges(i) Traditional / Old Culture (ii) No Salary Increment (iii) Short deadline project. Sometimes need to last minute to finish the task. Like 1 hour to finish the front-end.

    The good thingsAll the colleagues are generous on sharing their experience, included the management level. If you are capable and hardworking, you will definitely be noticed and rewarded.
    The challengessometimes you have to settle few tasks within a short period, if you are willing to ask and learn, it is a great chance for you to gain knowledge faster than others.
