    Good Establishing Company
    The good thingsHoliday giving as per MMC standard Good benefit at petrol claim Reasonable salary given Company still in establishing, that is more chances to everyone and potential of company is bigger than you think.
    The challengesYou must keep yourself ability to change and accept company new policy. Some procedure is not good and you may get bad feeling directly from management, but to me is still acceptable. Company relationship with supplier should be improve immediately for make project costing and arrangement more smooth.
