work life balance, friendly young management

The good thingsseldom OT, most of time can back 5pm, more time for family. New grad student can learn full process, manager are generous to share knowledge & experience, enjoy the free snack & drinks, company trip & activities with colleague.

The challengesneed do things independently, a bit stressful coz need to be very careful, cannot make mistake but can discuss with manager for solution & assistance.
