    Not a bad place to be in, but not much progression.
    The good thingsBased in the center as a non program staff, no politics as everyone is just doing their own things.
    The challengesFinds that non-program staff are not as appreciated as program staff. Hopes that the company can be fair and treat all employees the same be it teaching or non-teaching staff.

    The good thingsGood benefit and salary ,teachers will support among each others and company will also provide training that can help the teachers to improve themself in their work
    The challengeswork life balance. to be honest there's lots of paperwork to be done by the teacher and they have to spend their weekend to finish it. Teacher-child ratio. 3 teachers : 24 toddles..

    Challenging
    The good thingsThe teachers and the principal are supporting each other. Helping each other and have unity when there's a major or minor event in the centre. The principal makes sure her teachers are doing good by supporting in documenting children's development e.g. portfolio, lesson plan and other activities.
    The challengesThe challenging part is the "work-life-balance". It is very challenging because of there are so many things to do teachers spent their weekends and holidays doing paper works.

    The good thingsI enjoy the teamwork as well as seeing the children are looking forward to go to school.
