Need new strategy to retain the senior consultantsThe good things1. Good in training the junior consultants especially SAP ABAP team.
2. Working with the younger group is fun where they are energetic & eager to learn more.
3. Good working environment, big & spaces office; you can relax during lunch time or after working hour by playing pool in the pantry area.
4. Free parking at the new office as it is a new office building block.
The challenges1. Found the management is adopting wrong strategy to retain the senior consultants, so far still no improvement on this area after a few years of working.
2. Management is trying to adopt the work hard play hard concept, but incorporate too many unnecessary rules in between for the fun part; as for the work part, expectation was not set clearly or changes too frequent.
