    The good thingsThe good things for this company that you can learn a lot from senior. The manager is good, willing to help
    The challengesNo plans for senior. No clear career path. Resource management need to be improved as other team can stole your resources.

    Absolutely a good company
    The good thingsThe management and the bosses is very supportive and the first company that I’ve encountered without politics and without bias. Even the peers is fun to work with. With the flexible working culture and having opportunity to do various task to expand your skills be it soft skills or technical or functional skills is something that you cannot find in most organisations. Another word, the learning curve is very high.
    The challengesNothing as every challenges given by the company is always for the better.

    My role is responsible for tickets which raised from the customer, however they asked you to do B, C and so on (example: go out open door for posman, when tesco staff deliver dairy products you have to entertain)
    The good thingsNothing good, you have to be the receptionist and help boss to pick up their personal calls.

    The good thingsA lot of learning opportunity and career growth potential. Seniors and management willing to train and mentor new team members. Travel opportunity for those who can perform.

    Need new strategy to retain the senior consultants
    The good things1. Good in training the junior consultants especially SAP ABAP team. 2. Working with the younger group is fun where they are energetic & eager to learn more. 3. Good working environment, big & spaces office; you can relax during lunch time or after working hour by playing pool in the pantry area. 4. Free parking at the new office as it is a new office building block.
    The challenges1. Found the management is adopting wrong strategy to retain the senior consultants, so far still no improvement on this area after a few years of working. 2. Management is trying to adopt the work hard play hard concept, but incorporate too many unnecessary rules in between for the fun part; as for the work part, expectation was not set clearly or changes too frequent.
