Challenging but rewarding experience so far
The good thingsFreedom to express yourself Top management listen and are open to ideas from all levels of the business. Great working culture and opportunities to advance career.
The challengesWe are expected to challenge ourselves and constantly show improvement. This can be demanding at times, but it does stimulate you to continually develop yourself which is great for my personal development.

    Great experience
The good thingsI enjoy doing payroll and also update company production. Throughout my journey in this company I have learned a lot where the management has let me to know more about the company by giving me more task each day.
The challengesI did face some challenges in this company somehow i managed to overcome it by the guidance of my supervisor and also colleagues,.

    Worst working experience so far
The good thingsOverall, office staffs are co-operative and helpful. Even the workers are friendly and supportive; they patiently listen to your instructions even though they do not fully understand our language. However, this culture is already dying (thanks to the highest management) - some of the nicest staffs/workers have become selfish and are refusing to co-operate. Despite that, there are still employees who are nice.
The challengesIt is extremely difficult to communicate with the highest management. From making ridiculous demands to shouting at other employees, they basically make working life difficult and stressful. The way they give out instructions is also very rude and disrespectful. They will also blame baselessly and force the victim to take responsibility. All in all, the things they do will make you lose confidence, feel demeaned, anxious and angry.
