    Hard work, good pay, good benefits
    The good thingsThe benefits we receive everytime we finish a project is astounding. The work environment can be quite erratic and tense sometimes but is cozy and friendly. The higher ups are friendly and care about my well beings. Overall a good company to work in, but get ready to work hard.
    The challengesThe work hours can sometimes overwhelm you but if you do it well, you will get benefits later. The work load can sometimes be overbearing, but grit your teeth and all is well.
