    Good working environment
    The good thingsGood salary + fixed internet allowance and benefits, can WFH (since covid19 up until now), flexibility in working hours (as long as task is delivered in time), very helpful seniors and leaders.
    The challengesThe increment might be quite low because of the economy/ pandemic. But since I'm looking for a good/ work-life-balance working environment, this is not a big issue since I'm satisfied with the rest.

    Growing rapidly, and plenty of opportunity to explore and learn new technologies.
    The good thingsOpportunity always available, and also room to learn a lot of things. Very nice working environment, and people are willing to teach. For any newcomers to this industry, it would be a good starting point.
