    Beware working at Eadeco
    The good thingsNothing good at there.
    The challengesVery bad management. They don't really value employees. If anyone plans to work there Beware of overtime salary. You have to write down yourself and keep the copy. Because they don't have proper checkin and checkout system.

    The good things1. There are a lot of experience in policy & procedure & process that I can expose to. 2. Focus on value added activities. 3. The Company is changing its system. A more real time system. 4. Staff will share their view openly.
    The challenges1. I need to improve my change management skill & knowledge. 2. I need to improve my social and communication skill because I think I did not act professionally when dealing with colleagues. 3. To study the whole operation of the business, I found myself unable to find the core activities.
