    The good thingsEmployer accepts reasonable suggestions from employees. There's annual company trip organized too!

    The good thingsIf you are into IT field, this company will give you thousand working experience in software & harware. The working environment is also good, the staff was good to each other. They have yearly event & some medical benefits & etc.
    The challengesWorking in customer site, you may be need to travel few places in a day to customer office. You might face new computer, network, hardware, software, etc problem everyday & need to troubleshoot it ASAP as customer needs. Sometimes you will need to do the job even it is not in your job scope. But overall this company is great :)

    The good thingsAs a Software Developer for the Microsoft Stack, this is one of the rare companies that believes in equipping their staff with all the tools needed. Microsoft Technologies that you will work on are bleeding edge and any tools you need to get the job done, the company will get it. They have a very relaxed environment, and believes in giving their developers enough space to work their creativity.
    The challengesIt is a small company, so software projects aren't exactly as huge. They are always in need of more developers and project management as a whole needs more improvement. At times, the developers are lost and do not know a lot of things, including the deadlines. Some coaching and also a way to keep everyone aligned would be beneficial
