    Highly Recommended Professional Company
    The good thingsThe working environment is fast paced and professional. My colleagues and seniors are very supportive in teaching me. The work is also interesting because every shipment is different and may require some problem solving. Good teamwork makes it easy.
    The challengesThere are a lot of technical things you need to learn a long the way but your seniors will give you a lot of guidance. You will also be dealing with a lot of agents and customers. Good for your networking and develop your soft skills.

    Comprehensive Internship Experience
    The good thingsEast Coast has a very good internship program. We are attached to a supervisor who makes sure we get placed in different divisions to learn. Very hands on experience, from customer service to operations.
    The challengesThe company can improve by increasing the scope of work for interns. The company should also promote their internship program more.

    The good thingsEast Coast is very well organised and systematic. There is good communication between all levels and instructions are clear to get the job done well. The team here is also very professional and friendly.
    The challengesAt first it takes time to get used to the company internal requirements but the managers are very patient and willing to teach.

    Good Company Culture
    The good thingsThere is a good company culture at East Coast which makes it easier to work in a team. The company organizes activities for everyone to participate which is also joined in by the management team. The welfare of the staff are well taken care of and there is no barrier between the management and staff.
    The challengesDuring peak times, the workload can be more than usual but with a good team the work gets done very quickly.

    Fantastic Working Environment
    The good thingsThere is great company culture where seniors and upper management are always ready to teach you. The staff at East Coast is a good mix of young and middle aged people who are all passionate and dynamic about their work. The management is always ready to listen to new ideas which gives us all a voice in the development of the company and our careers. They also give training opportunities abroad.
    The challengesSometimes work can be very fast paced if you are new but so far this isn't a real problem since there are very experienced people ready to help.

    The good thingsthey work you very hard. I learn everything here from how to do shipments, office event management, liaising with associate companies.
    The challengeswe have to learn from scratch for the skills we do not know.
