    Gained knowledgeable skills from my head chef and it was satisfied.
    The good thingsThe working environment was good and all employees were so friendly and they taught me well in the kitchen. Whenever there is a function going on, all of our employees will work in a group and help each other out and will teach us as well.Last but not least, I gained a lot of knowledgeable skills from my chef's
    The challengesThe challenges I can say,is when there is a function the kitchen atmosphere will be turned into busy and panic situation as well, but I doesn't give up I learnt from the busy situations and also i know how to manage the time as well.

    Lots to learn and great opportunities
    The good thingsI get to learn a lot of different experiences here in this company and I also get to meet a lot of people from different field. My career has been great and enjoyable though it could get busy sometimes and you do have to work a little more than expected. The management is quite good but it will be greater if they would open to more suggestions and improvements.
    The challengesThe management can open and more acceptable on suggestions and improvements. Being comfort or using the old ways of doing businesses is not going to go any further. Have to adapt to the changes and latest trend to stay align with the current market demands and market trends.
