    The good thingsWell balanced between work & family. Easy to apply leave especially emergency as long as our work has been taken care of. Love ramadhan month as the employee will having sharing session among themselves (semoga dimurahkan rezeki)
    The challengesCareer advancement is tough. This company suit for you if your plan is to settle down. If you are on aggressive career, the phase here will not suit your needs. The perks has been slowly taken down from us. Missing the Raya voucher, kuih raya...

    The good thingscan interact with visitors and solve their problems to deal with them. I am also pleased to welcome the visitors warmly so that they are not clumsy or deal with anyone they would like to work in the department.
    The challengesThe challenge is that the mentality must be strong because not all of the visitors come in with a bad mood (example: what they want doesn't meet their needs and their emotions for us who are upset) and the customer service staff should be competent and know how to handle the problem. so that the visitors can be brought in for discussion and without any problems or bad comments that could affect the company's performance.

    The good thingsEnjoyed every task given and events. Employer is very kind and friendly to everyone and gives a hand to help on any problems. The instruction given is highly clear and perfect. The task given also match to my course and my skills.
    The challengesThe challenges things i got from here is making friend with high position and professional staffs. Therefore, the best thing i got is on the event which is be a cameraman and taking photo on what they do in the events. The event is very danger and need high safety to join. Anyway, its the best experience i gathered.

    Wonderful benefits
    The good thingsIts benefits for staff, from bonuses to various gifts we receive for Hari Raya & Family Day. The only company that I know that turns Lucky Draw into Everyone is Lucky. Not forgetting the subsidy we get for car and housing loan!
    The challengesI wish that the work culture is better in terms of speed and quality. Career advancement is tough too, because they practice staff reshuffle too often. But if you look on the other side, it might be good, exposing someone to a different experience, but long term, that staff might be losing his/her skill.
