Skill Set ExposureThe good thingsMy superior is hand on on every areas that i'm covered, lead & guide for problem solving, before entering this company, i was like a blank paper which no much experience on data analysis, especially facing thousand to hundred thousand line of data, with the skill set of excel i learned from my superior, all the data well handled & able to provide a short summary just in few minutes.Its' awesome.
The challengesWorks is not a challenge, but the interpersonal skill to deal with people is challenge for me, the way of doing a job can be changed, but the character of human is not easy to change. At here, i do learning to have better way to be patience and deal intelligently with people especially higher level parties. i believed this had help me to a higher achievement of inter-personal skill.
