    The good thingsIf you are willing to push your own limits, have the discipline, and willing to follow your leader into the eye of the storm, the challenge and experience is there for grabbing. Otherwise, this will be just an average job to make ends meet. Your choice.
    The challengesCompared to the risks involved with heavy industry and molten steel, the pay is low, but the job is stable. If you tone your ego, you will have no interpersonal issues. If you show worthiness, they will test you and if you prove your worth, you will be valued. Do not come if you expect the easy life

    The good thingsGreat opportunities for career development as the company is expanding and developing, a mix culture and diversity working environment with nice colleagues. The benefits are getting better. Policy still in improving stage. Suitable for passionate young talents with career development as need to work hard and lots to learn. But yet, those successful must have the ability to survive till the end as lot of works to learn and done, a great great great nice challenge!
    The challengesPolicy and system still in improving stage, lots of work to be done and learn as the company is in the expending stage but feel satisfy once done. Sometimes, OT is needed for some emergency or vital project to be done, yet it used up our time but its make us a responsible man.

    The good thingsThe company allow the staffs to look for the external/internal training. In order to improve interpersonal skills, the individual can get rid with the outsource training and all the expenses claimable from the company.
    The challengesLanguages, the company is a joint venture between Malaysia and China, proficiency in mandarin always the preferences for the Management. The foreign engineer/staff are experience and this is a good learning opportunity for the fresh graduate.

    From zero to hero
    The good thingsI learn a lot of new things. My current company teach me how to be a good leader n a survival person..i very sure after this i can work at any company worldwide
    The challengesLanguage are the biggest challenger because in my company... have many foreign worker that cannot speak either bahasa n english. It very diffult to us speak with them.

    The good thingsTogetherness with other colleagues is very strong cause most of them are from outstation and makes our friendship bond stronger. Hence, we can work along well and smoothly even though we are from different department. In job wise, I am independent to learn what I am interested because this is a new plant with new technology. And I can learn a lot of safety knowledge.
    The challengesFirst, we must implant strong safety mindset because we encounter heat, gas, pressure hazards. All these hazards can be prevent if all the safety precaution had been done. Man management the foreign worker in the plant is a big challenge because of the communication problem that can cause major accident happen if they didn't follow your safe operating procedures.

    The good thingsNew working experience can be learn for those fresh graduate no matter in which field studies. Since this is a newly established company, there is the chance of project monitoring for the employee, where it would not happen in other company which in production stage.
    The challengesThe management from the employer can be improve, such as in human resources and administration. In additional, the safety guardianship should be more systematic. Furthermore, the job assignation from management team should be more relevance so that their employee can be functional in each section or department.
