    The good things-understand printing company knowledge -everything learns by self, where require to wok many different roles
    The challenges-Old mindset management -Never give proper direction about the task given by Senior Acc Manager -Too sensitive to complaint or suggestion given by employees to point out the mistake or improvement -Family business, decisions were often made based on personal relationships
