    The good thingsThe atmosphere at Eastway Engineering is really great, every role in this company is appreciate by the higher management. Your voice is ready to be heard and they will consider it.
    The challengesWorking with heavy machinery is very challenging, they always breakdown by the heavily used. You need to get ready or standby to go to site for the repairing work or maintenance.
