    Not suitable for those seeking stability, as roles or departments may change occasionally.
    The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly, and the company provides facilities such as gym room
    The challengesThe benefits are average. Recently, management reduced costs through layoffs and by reassigning employees to unrelated departments without seeking their agreement. This approach has negatively impacted employee morale and demotivated staff.

    The good thingsI had a fantastic experience working with the team here. The teamwork is incredible, and I always felt supported by my superior, who provided excellent mentorship. The company truly looks after its people with high pay and great benefits, especially the health claim process and the various training courses offered to help us grow. It’s a workplace that rewards hard work and values professional development. Highly recommended!
    The challengesWorking in the production team was fast-paced and challenging, but it taught me so much. While the deadlines were tight, the teamwork made everything manageable. My superior was a great mentor who helped me navigate every obstacle. It’s a great place if you love a challenge and want to be rewarded for it!"

    The challengesThis company has a lot of potential staff, sadly, they do not know how to retain talents. Instead, keeping all those NATO staff (No Action Talk Only).

    The challenges1.Decisions are often driven by management's mood or feelings rather than logical reasoning. 2.Higher-level management does not provide support or protection, focusing instead on their own job security. 3.Employees engage in illogical activities to appease management, which itself is often illogical.

    The challenges1. All decisions are based on management’s mood or feeling instead of logic thinking. 2. Management believe that OT until late night without pay is a sign of good employee 3. No suggestion/opinion is needed as the management will ignore the entire department’s hard work. 4. The upper level will not support and protect us, they need to secure themselves. 5. Have to go to production site to act like very busy. Sitting in office means not working. 6. Employees do non logical things to please non logical management.

    The good thingsOptical, body check-ups, dental are given, salary at least once a year, and a group of enthusiastic colleagues.
    The challengesYou have to work hard, work smart, benefits or pay is based on your performance, if nothing stands out, you may just get a normal adjustment or nothing, that's why it sometimes feels a little bit cause of stress. But overall not bad.

    The challengesCompany culture very problematic. As long as your communication skill is good then you can survive in this company. The workload never ending as you will keep repeating doing the same thing. Your advice will never be listened even though you're the owner of the project. It's quite challenging to fulfill management requirements which sometimes it's impossible and not make sense to fulfill it.

    The good thingsGood environment and friendly staff. Fresh can come here and get some knowledge. This is Family company. Can resign 24hours during the probationary period.
    The challengesWorking hours too long and not flexible. Salaries are paid very late on the seventh days of each month and sometimes more than that. So not good for those that have commitment to pay end of the month or early month. No medical cover or claim and no allowance for staff. No any insurance.

    The good thingsThis is a company that has been kind to me, and in the case that I have no way out in my life, I am very grateful to the first boss for taking in me with no experience and low education, giving me the opportunity to learn and grow here, as well as continuing to give cultivation and training without stinginess. Good all the Boss - I benefited a lot because I worked directly under 5 bosses over a period of over 3 years. Good Colleagues - Because they are all very nice, enthusiastic, always willing to help me and the colleagues who love me more like my close friends.
