People come and go in a very short period, and it’s not because of the workers but the management.
The good thingsThe only good thing here is having a good colleague and a good team.
The challengespoor management, unclear task instructions, unpaid overtime, and unreasonable deadlines.

Supportive team, but management and admin processes need major improvement.
The good thingsI have enjoyed working with a young and energetic team who are genuinely helpful and supportive. Collaboration within the team has been positive, and the working environment among colleagues remains encouraging.
The challengesThere are several areas where improvements would significantly enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. 1. Middle management requires structured training to strengthen people management skills. Better leadership from project managers and administrative supervisors would improve workflow and team morale. 2. The administrative team should undergo upskilling. Current performance levels, especially regarding speed and accuracy of tasks, require improvement. 3. Performance indicators should be reviewed and aligned with realistic expectations. Clearer and more achievable KPIs will support productivity and fairness. 4. There must be consistent transparency on overtime claims. Delays and discrepancies cause unnecessary frustration when some employees receive claims quickly while others face delays. 5. Payslips must be issued monthly without the need for employees to request them. This is a basic requirement and should be part of standard operational practice.
