    Play hard and work hard.
    The good thingsI anticipate the company outings every quarter. Everybody forget about the daily stress and get closer. Many problems will be solved naturally.
    The challengesRequire to cope with multiple tasks at the same time. Customers always tell you that every task is urgent.

    Challenging but Satisfying
    The good thingsTop management cares about the team. As engineer, I am able to talk about my challenges with my boss. They will listen to me and try to provide help and guidance.
    The challengesFast working pace. Management is strict with standard and quality. Need more effort to adapt.
