    GOOD EXPERIENCE TO WORK IN ECHO BROADBAND
    The good thingsHealthy work-style , have good colleagues , working in good environment. HR treat us very well , sometimes get free meal from company.
    The challengesNeed to be done the jobs by time and have dateline to submit each jobs to client. A bit stressful but still cam handle.

    The good thingsFriendly and supportive environment. Always a room for learning and improve. Polish skills in shorter time.
    The challengesCan be working till beyond working hours to meet KPI. Working over time can only claim leave and that too only for seniors or authorized workers.

    Overall experience is great.
    The good thingsI had my internship here and everything is great. I got to learn all the basic and in touch from finance to human resources which is pretty full coverage. Besides, I'm grateful that my supervisor is understanding a person due to my special family cases. As long as you are willing to ask and learn from your mistake, this job might suit you. Overall, great experience.
    The challengesAs long as you keep up with the phase, you're fine. Nothing I'm disappointed about because it's your responsibility to perform your jobs in any shape of form.

    The good thingsThe office environment and colleague are quite friendly. For the fresh graduates that looking experiences for short term, this work place is a good deal to you.
    The challengesThis company is project-based company. Most of the workers are under contract position. The contract will be renew based on the project and your efficiency and achievements. There is a worker that has worked for more that 5 years and still under contract position. Opportunities for career development is quite poor. As I stated earlier, this is project based company and you may doing the same thing for 1 or 2 years. If you're single, there is not many problems. But, if you married or have other commitment, you have to think throughly because there is possibility you have to stay late till midnight for job delivery. Work/life balance in this company is poor. However, i still appreciate every experiences that I got working for this company.

    The good thingsThe change of opportunity they give to gain career in knowledge. Independence, challenging and they give of new challenge to gain knowledge. Good environment of friends, top management give cooperation on work and jobs to be done and newly. Only the salary is still need to be review that need same as the increasing of living standard.
    The challengesWhen they are a new job need to do pilot. Need to understand what the requirement of client needed. Sometimes a changes of standard requirement from client because of system and others. This is the challenges to face and must concentrate also on quality and quantity.
