    The good thingscame her with nil experience. as i needed the job i agree to learn and understand. The culture is effective and efficient system. many staff who left has zero commitment and does not perform to management expectation. many spend time on hand phones secretly. Management respect those who perform and deliver
    The challengesIt is not gaji buta concept. i learnt to communicate and state when i do not understand and unable to perform. in the beginning was difficult. i was given room to express my work challenges. i improve by talking to management and saw confidence in myself. Many staff just want to pinch card and look for salary. To improve staff must understand company work culture. When many company's close, this company is still operating and raising staff salary to those who perform

    Performance, Hard Work and Delivery
    The good thingsgood team, does not accept any rubbish and excuses. If good performance then good salary. Many new candidates without experience like me stay long. Also employees who does not contribute thrown out
    The challengesHas firm delivery date and must be able to deliver even if not completed must state reasons. at times not easy to meet this requirement as hard working staff are able to outperform

    The good thingsI have learn a lot working at ECT since I am coming as a fresh grad Gain a lot of experience and exposure like dealing with clients/MNC companies Improve my communications skills and develop my confidence level dealing with all levels of people. Learn how to do proper work reporting and delivery Yearly bonus for performance staff Domestic travel Monthly activities/outing/birthday celebration Staff subsidise accomodations provided (10min walking distance)
    The challengesResponsibilities is the most important to ensure job delivery, if there is team member behaviour affecting the department/Company This can destroy the Company organizations due to unreliable staff Company expectations is high but if you are working hard you will see yourself growth

    The challengeshave to deal with staff who show no responsibility and leave with no notice. As it is a Transport company all matters must be dealt immediately . at times it is stressful and HR is willing to listen and guide
