    Event Sales Executive Coordinat

A dynamic place to grow your sales and event management skills.
The good thingsI really enjoyed the collaborative vibe and the steady rhythm of event operations. The team dynamic kept things energised, and handling clients gave me plenty of room to sharpen my sales strategy game. The workflow was structured enough to feel reliable but flexible enough to keep each day interesting.
The challengesSome internal processes could use a touch of streamlining communication flow and clearer SOPs would definitely help reduce bottlenecks. With a bit more resource alignment, the overall experience would be even smoother for both staff and clients.

In this environment, those who excel at pleasing higher-ups tend to advance, regardless of merit.
The good thingsI truly love what I do, and over time, it has become my forte.
The challengesThe work itself isn’t difficult — it’s the people and the environment that make things challenging. Over time, the workplace culture has become increasingly toxic, with favoritism at higher levels leading to frustration and fatigue. Employees are often expected to work seven days a week, leaving little room for family time or personal balance. This environment is not ideal for those seeking a healthy work-life balance, especially for married individuals.
