The challengesLack of clear communication between teamwork (especially those manager & sr manager level) ..task was given without guidance & expected below level staff to study by themselves instead of explain. Too much "lepas tangan" for those complicated task or job that cant settle by managers. If u re only exec, asst level, site supervisor, u will feel the "kuli" ness. Need to be able support all departments, as they promised it can relate on performance, have been recommended to bosses for promotion but just a hope. year by year still nothing , just feel pain but need to strong
