    Terrible Work Procedures and Management.
    The good things1) Reasonably good computers.
    The challenges1) Stupid work process of countless approval stages & amendments 2) Impossible workload forcing staff to stay late but no overtime paid 3) Blames slight drop in business on design staff so as to save on paying bonuses. 4) Boss pretends to be really good in design but he's actually just posturing. Didn't learn anything from him. 5) Bad work environment and office layout.
