    The good thingsFlexibility on your own management, a lot of new exposures to new applications
    The challengesA lot of travelling to be done, especially like Sarawak that needs to travel from Bintulu to Sibu, Mukah, Kapit, Belaga, Miri, and probably Brunei. You'll also need to think fast and plan fast for any uncertain circumstances

    The good thingsTime freedom.Get Car Allowance, Mobile Phone Allowance, Credit Card Facilities.The basic salary are relatively high compare to other competitors in the same industries.Good and positive colleagues to work with and can meet with different clients around.Training and meeting all are handle by online teleconference, so less time driving on the road.Career progress is very good for those involve in technical level.

    The good things1. Free car petrol, company car provided, housing allowance 2. Salary relatively high 3. Time freedom 4. Work/life balance 5. Meet a lot of good people (customers from various industry) 6. Multinational company that giving a lot of exposure to various culture, skill and talent 7. With good strategy, can climb career ladder very quick. The thing is, only when right or wrong are not really your concern
    The challenges1. Most of the employee leave this company because of the boss 2. My case the boss are so bad, until the extend to talk bad about me in front of my future employer 3. Promotion are rare especially to those who taking care remote account 4. Internal politics are sicking. rarely meet due to most of the time at client site, when meet, people love gossips.

    The good thingsThe flexibility to express our ideas and put our ideas into practice. It's a company that pays well to it's employee and the benefits and other compensation plan on top of basic salary are really excellent. the best thing about it's compensation plan is that they provide medical coverage for whole family. On top of that, the company also provide incentive education plan and scholarship as well.
    The challengesIn my line of responsibilities and job scope, we have to be very independent and sometime work alone without team. It's very challenging as it demands high discipline and total commitment. The other challenging part is that being a Multinational Company, it always reflect on one's result and not so much effort put in.
