    Interns are basically Cheap Labour

    The challengesEntire internship period will be doing Unrelated Job task (packaging, carrying stocks,etc) for the whole internship period. Basically 90% you will be assigned by this task with a Brilliant Excuse to make sure interns understand their products. However, you will still be handling the task until your last day of internship. Reason? Manpower shortage. So, if your intention to there is to focus on your major, would not recommend as on a day to day basis, you will be mostly in packing things. Salary payment will delay 3 to 4 weeks.

    The good thingsThe environment and staff are good and friendly. The production department is good no bias. Just okay. There is an experience and knowledge to gain and develop for your future. The management okay. Only when you apply on job but when you get there, the hr will give you another position.

    The good thingsGot plenty of training for newbies. Flexible working hours really a plus point based on traffic at Pulau Indah. Good superior and colleagues.
    The challengesMindset of certain people need to be changed to accommodate the ever growing industry. Some people have the "old" mindset and attitude and this is really challenging. But all industries are having the same problem i guess so yes this a challenge but yet can be overcome with proper counter measures.
