    Work, work, work & repeat
    The good things- Learn to do marketing survey and search on potential tenant to rent shop lot and kiosk in different outlets. - Good bond relationship between colleagues.
    The challenges- Long working hours, lack of work life balance. - Repeat same work every time enter works. - Sometimes need to do other things that are out of job scope. - Uncompetable with other outlets with current sources in own outlet, eg: shop lot's condition, high rental.

    Great experience, good for fresh grad
    The good things-Learn many things as you get the chance to learn different task. -Audit department staff and manager is super nice and easy to communicate. - Average high salary for fresh grad as compare to other company
    The challenges-Stress level is high as there are many things need to be done each month but limited staff. Imagine 100 Hypermarket + >50 express store, each person at least need to get 9-10 outlet to monitor their daily sales. Once you delay for this month, then next month you will start suffering to get things done on time. But for people able to cope with this stress level, definitely can learn & gain a lot of experience

    I already know how to receive and settling the invoice carefully. I also know how to treat the customer with smiles, give the right change to the customer and also speak to them with the right product if they ask for help.
    The good thingsI enjoy help my friends and collect my experience toward any job that i get. More over, it also improve my skills to be great on my career.
    The challengesI felt so many people always push me to do something faster than i could. I can be stress if they continuely ask me for what they want so the thing can finish on time. I prefer to work in silence . Based on what i work, i study to work in the noisy place and it will to be normal for me.

    Small salary for thousand work
    The good thingsI learnt how to communicate and interact with the customer,staff and supplier.The how to make profit for the company.Way to display item on the shelf and block display.Know which item was top sale.
    The challengesToo tired,still need to think what happening in outlet while offday.Receive instruction from HQ by group whatsapp.No time to spend for family.Salary was too small but the work was too heavy and tired.Operate in low cost but want a high sales.Worker always in and out of the company.

    The good thingsLearn how to communicate with customers. Managers style that communicate with staffs. Punctual to work. Responsibilty as cashier. Remember all the things that sell at econsave with price. How to explain each and everything with the customer. Patience when talk to the customer. Enjoy at workplace. Experience work in three shifts.
    The challengesRemember all the things with actual price and promotion prices. Its very hard to talk with the customer who are already in anger. Taking leave in emergency time.
