    The challengesThe culture, when you gain competency or profesaional certification in one skill, you will be assigned with many responsibilities and the expectations that you will excel in any task thrown to you in such a way that you have to know everything. Getting input from coworkers sometimes is mistakenly regards as blaming and avoid responsibility. Too many multitasking of job functions.

    The good thingsColleagues are helpful, assisting. The people and teamwork here are amazing. The company always give room for improvement and due to all this, work is less stressful. Training is also provided for those who want to widen their IT know-how.

    The good thingsOpen environment with flat organization structure allowing quick decision making. Multi skilled employees allow the company to venture into various potential projects. Previous project experiences helps the company to improve its service level.
    The challengesReward does not commensurate with the achievements of the employees. Low salary scale adds up to the woes experienced by the employees. These in many ways have affected the performance of the employees.
